you don't have to take a cab. CATS runs a bus service called touchdown express from 3 locations in baton rouge. I used it for the Alabama game and it was perfect.

If you love drugs, whores, disease, filth, or having your shite stolen, you are going to LOVE that place.
If you do decide to stay there, do not leave any valuables in the room, nor any in your car. Better yet, don't park a car there. Bring your own blankets, a can of OFF to keep the bed bugs away, and Bengal roach spray to make sure you don't end up taking unwanted travelers back home with you. Wear a condom when you sleep, especially if you get in drunk.

Honestly with Hotwire Hot Rates there is no need to stay in a Days Inn. You can get a 3-4 star hotel for a cheap price there
