It would have been funnier if the injury was a left elbow bruise

But really damn.

Oh well. Ryno, Smiht, and Lopez got this shite down low.

I remember telling my buddy before the season started, "remember last season where there would be games with literally nothing to look forward too because all the players you want to see are out? Well there is no way that can happen this year, Gordon, Davis, Rivers, Anderson, there's no way all four miss the same game."

We're 75% of the way there...

Peer pressure, that's probably a good coaching technique to use on 19 year old.

I still can't fathom how that light elbow to Davis' head is holding him out this long. Are we starting the tank up again?

Temple shot > normal elbow to head

But I agree, either the Hornets or NBA is being overly cautious of this. The % he gets hit in temple again or gets another concussion is very minimal compared to if he played football.

It looks like the team is keeping Rivers out, that's crazy

Miller will start in place of the injured Austin Rivers. Rivers sprained his finger while not passing the ball in Tuesday’s practice.

The Hornets will also be without Anthony Davis, unfortunately. Davis suffered a concussion on Friday night when he took an elbow to the head from Rivers. The replay shows Rivers’ elbow catch Davis while Rivers was attempting to play defense, something he’s not accustomed to doing. When asked about the collision after the game, Rivers took a 30 ft. contested shot and bricked it.

you are not supposed to have physical activity until after a week of having a concussion.

he got elbowed in the head. Its been 5 days. Jeez. Its not like Ronnie Lott and Troy Palamalu speared him

When I said this last week, people thought I was trolling. It wasn't even a hard elbow unless Rivers elbows are made of steel.

So Did RG3 not have a concussion when he was drilled by the Falcons? He left the game but played the very next week.
