I see your point about getting the semi now but I have seen some super mag 870's that are camo and come with 2-3 chokes for around 250-325.
How much would you say I could find an 1187 for?

Wow! much better pricing than we have around here. The Nova runs 400+ the 870's you can get in the 350-375 range. I paid $580 for my 11-87 in June of '11.
