When SVP asked Les about Bama passing on first down and fact that in BCSNCG they passed 20 times on first down and only 12 times in Tuscaloosa last year and what did he think Tigers would need to do to stop this?

In true Les fashion..... I don't want them to have 20 first downs!!

As much as he has frustrated me in the passing game you have to love the ol' boy.

He actually got to the point today. He still side stepped a couple of questions, but he sounded confident and pumped up.

Just for fun, a few famous Les Miles quotes...

"I would certainly respect the fact that this is Alabama that's just been bruised."

"That group, both sides of the ball, have to grow up quickly so that we can do the things that our football team will set out to do."

"I challenged myself to see if there was great effort to get to the ball, and there was."

"If we're defending, come see the trophy, it's in our trophy case. We're not defending it; it's there."

I love the man if nothing more than the fact that he is overtly socially awkward.

Miles is just as good as Saban as a coach and much better as a person. I'm glad he is the coach for our damn strong football team.

I used to find this amusing.

Not so much anymore.
