Rosemary's Baby (Spoilers)

Has anyone else watched Rosemary's Baby? I just watched it last night for the first time.
I thought it was good up until end. I liked the creepy atmosphere and the ambiguity of not being sure if there was really something going on or if Rosemary was just losing it. The end was way too obvious and literal, IMO. Still a good movie though. Good acting by Mia Farrow and the neighbor lady.
What does everyone else think?

I liked the movie and thought the end was the best part.

My problem with the movie is...

The casting of John Cassavetes as the husband. Now I'm a big fan of Cassavetes, but his entire persona is the streetwise, take-no-bullshite New Yorker. When it turns out that he was in on it all the time, it just isn't that big a surprise. The part should have been played by a bland whitebread pretty boy, and in fact it going to be -- by Robert Redford. But Redford got into some kind of argument with the studio and was dropped.
