Yeah you just can just say that, but do you have proof the preamble of the declaration of independence means anything? Some people have disagreed with it? Did the guys who wrote it back it up with peer-edited articles?

Jesus I certaily hope so. Back in the early eighties I would have never ever envisioned that this one day may be on a ballot for vote. Back in those great days, the best of my life, we smoked like there was no tomorrow. Good and cheap and plentiful. Then Reagan started all this DT bull shite and the rest is history.

If you're interested in learning, you just have to take your studies seriously wherever you go. Football, food, culture, and social circles are important factors. You don't want to spend four years being miserable and having school feel like a job.

Imagine if you made it so that only coffee shops in the French Quarter could sell marijuana and you could only "legally" use it inside the coffee shops like Amsterdam. That way people aren't just smoking it up in the streets (which should be legal too but another discussion entirely). Make it just like alcohol, 21 years old to get it and can't drive while intoxicated. I honestly think it would work.
The city is only gonna be there for 100 more years. Might as well go out blazing.
