GTFO. You already suck at trolling. If you aren't trolling, you suck even more.

I read it plenty of times and I don't make ridiculous claims like you. Since you made the claims, the burden of proof is on you. So please provide evidence that they used the "interstate commerce clause" to expand the government. Without evidence, this is a lie.

quote:

Yeah i went to LSU. Good point. We dont rank in the top 5 of the nation so i must not have learned anything worth while.

More like, we don't even rank in the top 100. Probably not even in the top 500 when it comes to Poli Sci. You and I both know that.

What qualifications do you have to call me a quack?

I didn't mean that as an insult. You can remove the word quack and the point remains. The lack of your qualifications along with your extreme opinions allow me to dismiss your views. Again, you are the one making ridiculous claims so the burden of proof is on you. It is your job to make it impossible for me to dismiss your opinion, otherwise it is just an opinion and most likely not true.

I could easily claim the sky is green, but unless I present evidence. It's not true.

So where's your evidence? I don't see any.

No, it's far more common in Boulder than any other college town I've been to. Have you been to Pearl Street? Doesn't sound like it. Why would CU be better than LSU?

The Swamp people aren't around LSU so I don't have to deal with them.

I know quite a few people from Colorado at LSU, it's fun to branch out and have a completely different college experience. I didn't want to go to school 45 minutes away from where I grew up.

I wouldn't of went to Boulder. Not worth the money to pay out of state fees for about the same caliber of college.

So you rank people in Colorado vs just a microscopic view of LSU campus?

Boulder isn't nearly as bad as you make it sound, you just got the standard I hate my home mentality.

I had it for awhile when I was young and got to see the world because of it. I got the same mentality as far as moving back as you do too from the sound of it. I love going back to visit and be "home," but I will never move back.

Just off the top of my head, there was the USSC case of Wickard v. Filburn. The Fed really has no shame.

Yes, because the ranking of his poli-sci department precludes his right to have an opinion about the government.

And while the rest of Europe wallows in its economic woes, the Netherlands welcomes throngs of cash carrying tourists in 2013.

Plus, people in Colorado are just dirtier.

CO is like a gazillion times cleaner than LA. Its not even close. Now many people are a little more relaxed about personal hygiene, but that isn't dirty.

Its not going to pass in CO though, its just going to barely lose. And even if it does pass, SCOTUS will strike it down. Good first step. Its more likely to pass in WA.

One small example.

You may have heard of this: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The government directly violates this principle every single day. Some examples include: the federal department of education and their use of federal highway funds to bully states into making policy decisions. If you dont understand that, im sorry, but i dont have time to teach you the history of our constitution and the development of American domestic policy. For starters, go read the federalist papers and the journals written by some of the framers of the constitution and the founders of our country.

quote:

More like, we don't even rank in the top 100. Probably not even in the top 500 when it comes to Poli Sci. You and I both know that.

I understand that. But the national rank of LSU's poli sci department has no bearing on my ability to critique the government or understand the constitution, or come to my own conclusions about the federal government.
quote:

I didn't mean that as an insult.

You most certainly did and now you are going back on yourself because i didnt bite and lower myself to your level.
quote:

The lack of your qualifications along with your extreme opinions allow me to dismiss your views.

My opinions aren't extreme and you are dismissing my views because you are either incapable of having an honest discussion about the history of our government and the purpose behind the constitution or you are simply trolling and refuse to accept anything i say.
quote:

Again, you are the one making ridiculous claims so the burden of proof is on you. It is your job to make it impossible for me to dismiss your opinion, otherwise it is just an opinion and most likely not true.

I could easily claim the sky is green, but unless I present evidence. It's not true.

So where's your evidence? I don't see any.

It takes a few years of college and a few specified semesters in American Government to fully understand and debate these issues. I dont have the time or the will to teach you about these things over a message board.

It's socially acceptable for girls to pierce their noses and get tattoos anywhere.

Err, last time I was in NOLA, i saw a ton of face piercing and trashy tatts. That is not unique to CO.

A lot of the guys have shaggy, dirty hair and wear flannel lumberjack looking shirts every day.

Maybe in Boulder but not in denver. Sure there are some, but its not insane.

There just isn't a lot of sophistication (unless you live somewhere like Aspen)

It certainly is more laid back than the south, but Denver has plenty of sophistication.

Let's make sure you actually HAVE a degree before you go on downplaying someone that possesses one from LSU even if it is political science

Recent polls show it is likely to pass in WA and CO. Oregon, not so much.

The CO polls are wrong. The polls also show obama winning CO, that ain't happening either.

I asked his. He deflected. He's probably still in college.

there is nothing wrong with a poli sci degree. Ive wanted to be in politics/ government work for as long as i can remember. I was a bio major and a business major at first but neither of those interested me at all. College is a time to further your education and learn about things that interest you.

I hope Im wrong. I have my yard sign up. And got 100+ signatures for the petition to get it on the ballot.

I dont care about obama winning though. I don't think he will win, just based on the number of yard signs. I live in a heavily democratic area and romney signs are everywhere.

I'm a poli sci, graduate from LSU also 2010. Unless he is a economics major, how is his view any better than ours? Even if he is an engineer, or in the medical field, once again, how the hell is he more educated on the subject than someone who actually studied it?

ANSWER: He's the Master Of the UNIVERSE!!!!
