Is it good bet with (taking MS) the points or will Bama smoke them (cover) and have everyone adding more fuel to the fire for 11/3 that we won't be able to stay on same field with them?
I think the latter, Gumps will cover and next week will be unbearable for us positigers until we take them down in DV!

If Les does not come up wit a better Offense game plan than he has used this year, Bama will smoke us. Although Bama hasn't played anybody this year, they may overlook Mo. ST. looking forward to the Lsu game. He is hoping!

Seems to easy to take State and the +24, so that means Bama will cover.

State has had similar results vs similar competition... Not sure if perception based upon past teams is what is skewing the line, but State has a good football team and they will definitely not just lay down.

I think they are hedging on everyone's grandma taking the +24 and then sit back watch Bama devour them at home making a statement that they are unbeatable, 11/3 until that is!

St ++++++++

The combined record of the 4 SEC teams Bama has played is 3-12 in SEC play.

I'm taking Moo St +24 but not sure how that's going to play out as they haven't really played anyone worth a damn. I like UF -7 over UGA a lot more for this week.

ETA: Bama hasn't played anyone good either. Should be interesting.

Wouldn't surprise me if Bama gets up big and takes the starters out early to get some rest for 11/3.

Resulting in Ms. St. scoring late to cover.

Moo St should be pumped for this game, and Bama is looking beyond it. Disrespect in the media for a decent team; this has all the trappings of a trap game. I think Bama is talented and disciplined enough to win anyway, but I think it's gonna be closer than they'll like early.

24 - 6 Bammers. "Trappings of a trap game" is a double trapezoid.
