No doubt Miles recruits great and has the good sense to say out of Chavis' way coaching the defense. The thing that prevents Les from being an elite head coach is his inability to let the offensive coaches manage the game, offensive coaches failure to coach up great players to make them elite, and clock management. Also the 2008 season ended the coach we knew a Lesticles and now we have a head coach whose goal each year is to win at least eight games and if the SEC or Nation championship are part of the process, that okay too.
