Did anyone else notice Mettenberger more pumped up than normal? A number of times when he was coming on the field he was trying to get the student section pumped.
I have also noticed he is more involved in trying to lift people up if they make a mistake. At the beginning of the season, he looked like a stoner that just didn't give a shite. Now, it looks like he is trying to embrace the role of leader.
Also, anyone have a video link to Big Sam after he sacked Shaw in the NEZ? I don't think I have ever seen a player that pumped

Offense is due for a breakout game
I think we see it this weekend
Mett was barely off on some big passes against USCe

I thought he did a good job of managing the offense. He directed three scoring drives over 65 yards.
However, he failed to put the ball into the endzone on 4 occasions and completed less than 50% of his passes, averaging only 6 yards per completion.
