there is gonna be two channels one for FSSW and one for FSNO?
On Directv, the originating FSN's have a master channel and the super-regional ones like FS New Orleans, FS Tennessee, FS Oklahoma, and FS Wisconsin have a separate channel only used for game feeds.
A good example is with FS South, the Nashville Predators and Memphis Grizzlies are part of FS South but their games are shown on an FS Tennessee channel.
Cable subscribers don't see it because FS Southwest master control in Dallas blends the Hornets, Rangers, and Stars games in with their master feed of programming, thus appearing as one channel.

I was blacked out from the NBA tv and FSNO last night. NBA tv said it was a local region game and FSNO said that I was out of the region. Needless to say I was pissed. Does anyone know If FSNO will broadcast in BIrmingham?

Fox Sports is complicated.
Calm theyself.
Go read about it if you are that worried, or just watch and trust they you will see stuff from more than one Fox Sports Affiliate, and so will the others.
Hornets can be seen in their regions at times, and vice versa. Considered the station is 1 day old, cut them some slack on the wall to wall whatever it is you want to see.
Just be happy with Hornets?
As for Birmingham, and I think you know the answer: Likely not, at least not 100%. Call your provider and complain.

Good points. I was just expecting a continuous stream like FS Houston was to us.

I know this is a little late, but I just wanted to say how exceedingly pleased I am about this deal. All those years I spent watching the stupid little gamecast online or refreshing game threads because charter is stupid and couldn't negotiate a deal with CST. Even though we finally got CST eventually, i just wanted to note how great this consistency is.
