Not that he will kick us. But we will be so far behind and lost, there's no way of passing. It's a Computer Graphics class, and we're moving from Photoshop to Illustrator. In his words, "comparatively, Photoshop will be like finger painting."

How do you guys feel about Matheny now? I know there was a lot of grumbling earlier in the year about him not being nearly vocal enough.

Yea, I totally understand, there are some courses you can skip some classes and there are others you get screwed by missing a day and falling behind.

ive always liked him, hes never been a manager before so i think the growing pains are gone now

I think the Cards have won in spite of his rookie managing mistakes. Things will get better for the team as well as Matheny next year.
The pen and Rotation is setting up for him nicely for him next year as long as we get the LOOGY situation figured out.

Honestly, I thought for a first year manager, going 86 and 73 was pretty good, especially in a surprisingly tough National League Central and losing a bunch of people to injury. I've been pleased with his results so far, though there have been a few head scratchers.
