Lost one tonight

Me and the fiancé climbed up a tree this eve, she wanted to kill. Well about 6pm big arse doe walks out. I'm filming for her and after about 6-7 min deer offers a shot. Whack, but big smart ol nanny jumped the string and fiances arrow hits forward and high, but he gets complete pass through so I'm thinking well maybe this will work. Find half the arrow about ten yards in the woods covers with blood, but I can't find blood anywhere. Go back to camp, get my cur dog and put him on her. He goes straight to spot, walks about ten yards, boom blood everywhere, but bright red : ( anyways trailed this big nanny about 300 yards up and down st francisville hills. Lost blood and almost lost dog (he fell about 30 feet down a ravine and I could not get to him. Finally pulled him up by his collard and my fat arse laying on a down tree. Anyways, that's hunting for ya. Still love it. Now, beer 30. Good luck, back at it tomorrow.
