Guy in my league proposed Fred Jackson/Lance Moore for Donald Brown(dumb trade, i know). Well after it comes out that Brown will be out for 2-3 weeks, the other owner accepts the trade. This just seems kinda shitty to me. What does the FSB think about this?

So wait, did the guy getting Brown know that he was hurt when he sent the trade? Or was this prior to him getting hurt?

They guy w/ Fred Jackson/Lance Moore proposed the trade last night so it was on the table but not accepted yet.

The guy with Donald Brown see's the news today and accepts which sends his Donald Brown for Fred Jackson/Lance Moore

Andre/Fitz > Murray/Nicks

Got Wallace for Stafford

And Boldin/Turner for Shonn Greene

Kind of shitty. Should have given the guy a chance to see the news. But he's only out 2-3 weeks

Shitty on part of guy losing Brown? Probably

Would I have done the same thing? Probably

But honestly, I think even with Brown healthy that was a dumb trade to offer.

I don't really like leaving trades hanging out there for this reason

That ties in to the thread the other day about it sucking when somebody doesn't respond back to a trade request. You have to leave it up for a little bit because you don't know if they have seen the request yet or not.

I think it's going to get vetoed. The guy who got the injured Brown wrote an e-mail pleading his case

Does your league use waivers or can you pick up players whenever you want, even if they are playing in a game etc?

I would say it is the Fjax/Moore owners fault for not rescinding the trade. I don't see a problem. Shitty? Sure. Not his fault for clicking the accept button though

I would have done that trade if Brown was healthy....and had a guarantee to be healthy all year

I'm sure he would have rescinded the trade if he knew Brown was out 2-3 weeks
