key injuries damn sure matter. they aren't an excuse, they are a REASON that certain aspects of the game struggle. our OL is patchwork and rarely can they play a series w/o a penalty or missed assignment. and it's a different player. they will improve but there's pretty much no other part of a team that the experience of playing togehter like the OL (and the secondary).

The problem with this statement is that Les is the head coach and he deverves the blame for this "bullet". When a team lacks discipline, mental toughness and the ablity to make adjustments, it is the head coaches fault.

How would you discipline turnovers and dropped balls made by the players? Bench the players? Stadiums? How about Les just tell them to not drop the ball or I have a want to not see a fumble. Discipline does not fix drops and fumbles. Getting better by more experience does. It takes patience. Les doesn't deserve the blame for this bullet and not to mention the obvious "a team lacks discipline, mental toughness and the ablity to make adjustments" is not my definition of the "bullet."

Grandad you're obviously an old fart like me and one who has acquired some wisdom over the years.I, also being wise in some matters, agree with your assessment.

Rantards and negatigers need to summa donna

Oh, let them vent their displeasure.

Its been like 18 season weeks since they could last vent over a regular season loss.

Some of them might have become rusty with their going off the deep end technique and they need to polish it up.

Hate to say it but you are waisting your time trying to reason with the haters. Your points are well founded and accurate. Only an idiot would want to fire LM. Enough said. I do think we are by and large the silent majority while a few negatigers just keep piling on.

You make it seem like Les is 0% at fault, which isn't true. The bottom line is the recent struggles have nothing to do with just 'one' thing. Injuries to the OL, inexperience at QB and WR, lack of execution, and Les are all pieces of this puzzle. This team has shown itself to be undisciplined at times and that starts with coaching. However, as I said it's everything combined together that hurts. The results on the field have more to do with the collective problems than anything. All they can do is fix what can be fixed and move on. Lot of football left to be played, and as a true fan I hope it all works out. If not, then so be it. They aren't going to win every game, every year

The problems this year are due to offensive players making mistakes PERIOD!

And what was the problem, PERIOD, last year and the year before and the year before?

Look, at some point, some of you blinder wearers are going to have to admit that Les Miles is just not very good at offense.
