I still bench over 300. 42 years old, but I am 260. Can't run though.

Yea 320, once in high school. Believe it or not.

Could rep 225 22 times at that time.

Couldn't come close to that now.

Probably no point in posting this.

325 in college. Weighed about 220. Now can do maybe 150. Maybe. Haven't done bench in years.

I had always wanted to hit 405 back in the college days but never got that close. At my peak I did 6 reps of 315 though.

In my late 30s now so do reps more than heavy lifting.

the correct number should be 315. and a legit rep too: feet on ground and stationary, butt on bench, bar touches chest, no bounce, no assistance, fully locked out, no swimming with the bar.

and yes i have.

Used to be. I was about 215-220 in High School and worked out a lot. Really wanted to play college ball.

I am about 200 now, but nowhere near the the strength or size I used to be. I prefer it this way though.

In my college football days my max was 355. Lotta dudes doing a lot more so I never felt special or anything.

since I thin the most I've done is 325...couldn't get 3 plates now though

315 2 or 3 times a few years back while in Afghanistan. I guess I was 23 at the time.

Was hovering just over 170 during the summer. I stopped lifting in September to give my body a break and dropped 10 lbs. I swear I would be 140lbs if I didn't workout/eat like a madman year around

re: Have you Ever Benched 300 lbs? UPDATE with BananaHammock pic

385lbs was my max at 170lbs body weight, steroid free but creatine juiced.

I am currently recovering from rotator cuff surgery, 4 months out, so I am currently nowhere near that number. At 42, I realize my 385 days are long gone, although prior to my surgery, I was doing 4 sets of 10 at 225.
