This might be BS but I heard leaving the ends in helps hold the moisture in and keeps the bread fresher longer. Take that for what it's worth though

Am I the only fatty that puts the last of the loaves in the freezer then takes them out later to make bread pudding? Your grannies would be ashamed of what you are wasting by throwing it away.

I heard that if you let the outside heal meet up with the inside heal, have a few glasses of wine, a new loaf will appear in the morning.
