yes, this typically happens with seniors on most teams...but those players were largely developed during Miles tenure. I did the math after that season, production on offense and defense was largely split between players recruited by Saban and by Miles

Is it possible for me to see the numbers? Only reason I ask is because im thinking back on that year and thinking of the guys that made huge plays for us and players that got post season accolades. Im looking at the 2007 all sec and all american lists right now and almost all of them were the Saban players.

And I knew you were going to bring up the fact that seniors usually make bigger contributions haha. And I totally agree. But, those were the guys that were coached by Saban/Fisher for a season or 2. Plus, Pelini was our DC so ill give him some of the credit with developing the D players.
