Clearly this is the issue. It matters not how "brilliant" the game plan might be if it is not executed properly.

The question (imo) is really one of what are they seeing in practice verses what they (they being the coaches) are seeing in the game. If they are not executing in practice then its time to do something different.

Let me help you out real quick.
Follow along.

1) Dropping a pass
2) Fumbling the football
3) Throwing an INT
4) Missing a blocking assingnment
5) Fielding a punt inside the 10
6) Not running right rout
7) Not making the right check of at the LOS
8) Illegal procedure

WHich of the above during real game time does the coach (*any coach) have control over??
Id be willing to bet anyone here that everyone of those things I listed are practiced and harped upon DAILY since day one...

At some point guys, these players have to step the frick up and make plays.
Thats all it is to it.
