I think you linked the wrong photo. There's no car in it.
And no, take it from an ex-jeep CJ driver, any of these older 4x4 will be subject to rust, wiring problems, stuff vibrating loose, horrible gas mileage, uncomfortable rides, danger, squirrely steering, leaking, and shitty windshield wipers.
All that said, they're awesome toys. Don't get one as a daily driver though. It gets old after a while.

Lifted badass old 4x4's sure feel awesome the first time you drive them. After you drive it every day for about 2 years, you start wishing you had something more civil.
After 4 years you just flat out get tired of driving that nasty thing around.
