I've argued a point in a thread before that el gaucho is no more a troll than other posters and at least he was a positive one in that he didn't post in a way that would get a rise out of someone to make them break rules on the site. There are other posters that do that all the time and do not get warnings. I don't think it's fair, and if Gaucho's banned so should all the other posters who attempt to make other posters heated.
