We have not seen Sam Weiss since season 3, he was the keeper of the First People's secrets.. In the season finale of season 3, we found out that the "First People" were actually our Fringe team.
Ever since Peter removed himself from the timeline.. we haven't seen him.
Kevin Corrigan is currently a guest star on the show "The Mob Doctor" on Fox.. so it's not unheard of that we might see him again, but who knows.

If Bell was able to create a whole new world... wipe the planet slick and start fresh - I bet he could do something to clean up the mess the Observers made in the future. Just sayin' it may be part of Walter's endgame.
