Plans are fine and nice to have, and making them can help you think trough things at a deeper level. But no plan can be a substitute for critical thinking and sound principles of action that allow you to address issues as they come up and mitigate risk.
Romney has demonstrated at every stage in his life, in business, running the Olympics, in politics as a governor, that he has the expertise and perspicacity to get things done when they inevitably don't go as planned. In four years, all Obama has shown is a clear lack of these same qualities.
