bout how old of a feller was he? I just don't remember him.. i read his obit in the paper, but have forgotten..

Young fella. Maybe 45 or so when he died. Throat cancer if I recall correctly.

Reneau is an old friend of mine as well. He was a year or 2 younger than me at East Side High on Millhaven. I was the pride of the class of 96, mind you.
He's taking off on the music scene after several years of hard work at it.

I worked in West Monroe for a while and used to go listen every week at Bennigans off of Thomas Rd. I had one of his cds, might have to see if I can find it. Didn't know he died.
