As heels go, I'd go with Ravishing Rick Rude. I couldn't stand that guy when I was watching it when I was in high school. I loved watching the Ultimate Warrior beat him.

I did forget about Mr. Perfect. He was really cool. I liked how he would walk to the ring with this cocky look on his face, chewing gum, and just before he got to the ring, he'd spit out the gum and hit it into the audience. That always made me laugh.
