I've got about a pound of frozen medium sized shrimp..

With the head and tails on.

I was going to make barbeque shrimp but they look a little small for that.

Anybody have any other suggestions?

Perfect size for deep frying, IMO.

Tear the head's off, devein, batter, fry.
