Can someone give me a basic run-down of Reverse Bets vs. Parlays
Assuming a two teamer with (-110): From what I gather, they are pretty much the same. A reverse bet is keeping your loss(es) lower if your two team bet splits, yet offering you a lower payout assuming both teams in your bet win.
With a paraly, you get a higher payout if both teams in your bet win, yet a more severe loss should one of the two bets lose.
Reverse Bet = hedging against splitting and accepting a lower win total (assuming both bets hit) because of it.
Am I missing another key component to either of these types of bets?

Reverse bet is like a parlay kind of.
If you bet $5 on the reverse bet, and both hit, then you win $20.
If only one hits, then you lose $5.
If both lose, you lose $10.
