Yeah, COX is fricking terrible, but I don't won't switch to uverse because I will lose Cox sports for baseball season. This ridiculous that it is taking them this long to sort out this problem.

Where? Its fine for me in LFT. Did you try unplugging for 30 secs and plugging back in?
