The fiance and I are looking at a house in the hundred oaks/ Zeeland area. It's a 4br, 2 bath around 1800 sq ft. Seller is looking for $330K, which I know is way too much. But what would yall consider to be the high end of that market per sq ft of living area? Right now it's listed around $190/...

Overall he is a solid player. His coverage on deep routes is exceptional, but he needs to work on driving on shorter routes and improving his strength and tackling form....

Mahoney's is great if you want to pay $20 for a poboy. Stein's Deli is really good, Juan's is good for mexican, Lilette is awesome if you are looking for a fine dining experience....
