Who doesn't? Maybe one day, if I ever get to the point of breaking up with my girlfriend, I'll show one of my shits to her. That should take care of the problem, and be pretty awesome at the same time.

Id rather watch Sunday morning EPL games rather than NFL game day shows... I do still enjoy the NFL though.

I'd say so.

But FWIW, Saturdays and Sundays in the Fall with EPL in the morning and football all day and night are still without a doubt my favorite time of year

I used to breathe Saints football and I'm still a really big fan but I don't go around searching for news like I do now. I contribute that more to the Saints Talk being full of idiots. The only time I go over there now is to mess with them.

This, but by the time Sunday afternoon NFL games slog on, I'm pretty much sports'd out.

Soccer hasn't diminished my fandom in the Saints at all, but I think last night gave me a great example of how it has taken a bit away from my NFL fandom. I was watching the SNF game, which was a great game. Then all of a sudden I remembered I recorded the Premier League Review Show and I started watching that without a moment of hesitation. It wasn't until about an hour later that I realized how weird that was.

Normally I'm glued to the tv all day Sunday... This year I watch the saints game, get disgusted and then end up watching maybe 30-60 minutes of football the rest of the day

Fantasy is definitely the best and the worst thing to happen to the NFL.

It keeps me watching the RedZone channel as much as possible when otherwise I wouldn't really care what was going on in the 2nd quarter of the Browns/Bengals game which is good.

However, at the same time it leads to episodes like yesterday I am absolutely raging at my TV when McFadden gets a TD overturned, then gets stopped at the 1 the following drive, then Demaryius gets a TD overturned within a 10 minute span.

It's just really hard to change the channel from NFL RZ. I only meant to watch until the end of the first games yesterday after watching Being:Liverpool, but ended up being sucked in well into the late afternoon games.

Also, like gormogon says, I'm not sure how much of my depreciating American football interest can be attributed to soccer. Perhaps a part of it is just getting older, and having to manage my time more effectively. Where as before I would watch CFB and NFL all afternoon on Sat and Sun, now I'm getting my soccer fix all before noon, and I'm already emotionally drained. And I'm finding myself with the wife at a farmer's market or a pumpkin patch or some shite. And I don't hate it.

I'm right there with all you guys. I listen to more Saints than I ever watch. Still think Tigers first, but get up on Saturdays and try to get some footy before the kids wake up and hit the PS3.

I've noticed this year I really don't care that much about the saints or the nfl in general

I'm going to go with the Saints being 0-3.
