I'm a veteran and currently financed through Wells Fargo. They have the interest reduction deal and I was quoted:
30 year, 3.25% no points
15 year, 2.75% no points
Because I'm disabled, I have no closing costs, no origination fee, zip, notta. I'm locking tomorrow and saving $308 a month!
