By the time they've performed this halftime show 7 times, everyone will know the words.

Or not.

Bad show the first time. Repeating it doesn't make it better.

RMK needs to trash the Broadway theme shows for good.

I told the new Assistant Band Director (AKA the guy that will write the show music, marching patterns, etc) that our shows are boring and everyone thinks so.

He simply replied with, "I know. Just wait until I get to run the shows next year."

Roy is a good Band Director, but he needs someone on his staff that can write creative and fun shows. This new guy is who that person is. He's even talking about doing a Gangnam Style show next year. I think that'd be hilarious.

It's pretty bad when former band people hear "A favorite Broadway number: Slaughter on 10th Avenue" and go "Screw this I'm going to the bathroom."

Y'all need to cool it a bit with hating on the halftime shows. I know they've been kinda boring, but there's good stuff coming. We're about to do a show with this arrangement of "When a Man Loves a Woman": LINK

I really dislike the same show from the week before to the other side of the field thing. Playing to the other side doesn't make it a new show.

The quality of show selection has fallen off a bit. Moorhouse always put a show consisting of 3 songs on the field. Under Roy King Tiger Band plays 2 songs then Hey. It's really an awful end to the shows to consistently do that. Moorhouse would end a show like that maybe twice a season - with 7 or 8 home games.
