What type of impact do you guys think this will have on the loaded 2014 class in the state of Texas?

Well IMO, alot has to do with how LSU plays, but if they play like the Tigers can, then it should be beneficial. Those Texas kids can see us play in their own state, in a breathtaking stadium, on National Television. They can picture themselves playing in that stadium, with their families there, in front of a national TV audience. If we play well I don't see how it can hurt with those recruits. Especially the ones that can make the trip on their own, while also saving an official for Tiger Stadium.

It will be very beneficial IMO....nothing is wrong with a little exposure (like we dont get enough already)....LSU football is in its prime and I don't see it slowing down...The Texas kids will be watching and we should do well

It was the most hyped game before the 2011 and 2012 seasons. LSU jumped #1 OU shortly after beating Oregon in it in 2011. Bama jumped #1 USC after beating Michigan in it this year.
It seems like overnight it became a really big deal.
