Did you like the new True Grit.

I never seen either, but my pops tells me the girl's character in the new one just doesn't do the old ones any justice.

Haven't seen the new True Grit, but then I'm not a big fan of the old True Grit

There have been a few remakes since 1990 and I can’t think of one that was better than the original…namely True Grit and 3:10 to Yuma.

Also, many of the made for TV movies based on Louis L'Amour were better than Tombstone.


Of course the best western of all-time will always be The Searchers.
