With all the bitching for 3 days or 4 days of power outage, what would be an acceptable time frame to restore power after a major hurricane?

Just doesnt make a lot of sense to me.
so you'd rather just one radial feed, where it's all or nothing? cause that would mean you'd both be out until the later date
