When to Veto A Trade

I'm trying to trade Ryan Fitzpatrick and Mike Williams(Bucs) for Jay Cutler.
It's a 12 team league, and my starting QB is Robert Griffin III, and his starting QB is Cam Newton.(Cam Newton and Cutler both have a bye week 6). We both have agreed on the trade, but other players in the league are vetoing because they think that Cutler's value is higher than the value I'm giving him.
Some of the things they are saying:
"Cutler will start for you and those players won't start for him, it's not fair. You have to give him one of your starters."
"You're a Cutler fan so he should try to get a better player from you"
Is the trade fair? I thought vetoes were for collusion only?

a trade vetoed for any reason other than collusion is bullshite.
The two sentences you quoted make me want to punch those guys in the face. You both paid for the team, you get to run them however you see fit.
