Something big is going up on two corners of the arena

I was driving along the interstate this morning and saw a bunch of small square marks in the shape of a HUGE square on the two corners of the arena that face the Pontchartrain Expressway. It's way bigger than the Crescent City Champions signs that are currently there and extend over open space near the top of the arena.
My guess is two LED boards. It does not look like another banner because the square things look permanent. Anyone with inside info?

I saw the squares being cut out of the arena a couple of weeks back, but I had no idea what for and forgot to take a picture, looks like large advertising signs, if I had my guess.

Normally they just paste those on there though. This looks like something permanent especially since it extends over the space near the top
