Does Les Miles still have detractors within the fan base?

Back in 2009 there were a large percentage of fans that wanted him out. Have they changed their position because of the overwhelming amount of wins the past 2 years?

Can't argue the record but,I must admit the NC debacle had alot of fans ready to lynch him.At least for a couple of days.

I know a person that hates him and still wants him out. Pretty ridiculous.

surely you jest. every single time the program hits a bump, or perceived bump, there are plenty of yahoos that post here that ridicule him and want him gone. nothing he can do will ever change that; some of our fan base either doesn't like him or would hate any LSU coach.

He had a major brain fart in the nc game or bull headed, but he is a good person that the players love and play hard for.

Though he's made some bonehead moves and something was just not right with the NC he is the best guy for us. He can recruit, he wins, and we are an extremelty competitive team year in and year out. He keeps us relevant. Also, his quircky sayings and interviews make the media want to interview him all the time. LSU is far from out of sight and out of mind with him in the captain's chair.

Usually, my opinion of him drops throughout the season but in the offseason, I forgive and forget and by the first game, I really like the guy and am glad he's here. This has been the cycle every year, except this one. I know he doesn't owe me an explanation but I feel like there should be a little more explanation for the NC debacle than oops-we-dropped-one. Seems like he just shrugged it off. Hope I'm still entitled to my own opinion.

I started last year like I'll start this one. Clean slate on my Les opinion.

for the record, he was about an 80% approval rating till we went to tuscaloosa, then somewhere around 25% by the time Lee kneeled in the SECCG, then back to "GTFO MOTHERfrickER" in January.

This one is a tough slate to wipe, but here we go.

I grew up in the DiNardo days so I love him, I do get made sometimes but I never say the word hate or talk trash to people outside the family. I'm kind of like Micheal Corleone when it comes to LSU in the since that it's only ok if people close to me know how I feel and all of my associates think they know how I feel.

Crazy is Crazy and I think Crazy fits this beautiful fan base that im apart of just fine. Frankly I love it and have enjoyed the heart ripping termoil within and it only makes my blood turn evern more purple in gold. But I have always been a season ticket holder.

GEAUX TIGERS and who cares who hates the coach he laughs all the way to the bank.

Yes. He has lived up to the expectations of a big time coach. Unfortunately, he's still #2 behind you know who which bothers a lot of people. Doesn't bother me.

Every coach at every school has em, except maybe Saban, but I bet even he has a few. Miles had people that love him and detractors and he has done enough to warrant them both.
