Basically, you cut 2 holes in a cooler and put coiled stainless steel line inside, which can be varying lengths. At one hole (on the front of the cooler) you put a beer tap/pour spout, on the back you have a connection that goes to the keg tap and CO2 tank. Fill the cooler with ice so that it cools the stainless coils. Beer goes from the room temp keg through the length of coil, cooling as it passes through, until it reaches the tap ice-cold. That's the gist of it...pretty ingenious, and alot easier than icing down a keg in a trash can and having to pump the thing every time you want a beer.
