I'm not, but you have to admit that the linebacking position is dominated by black players, and he's the third best white linebacker on his own team.

Some pretty damn good white lbs in the NFL
Urlacher, Cushing, Matthews to name a few.
The white thing, although I knew is a joke, would easily be debated.
Yes, the league is predominantly black, but when you look at the main superstars, the big big names are white guys (Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Manning). Black people nearly dominate every position, but white guys absolutely dominate the most important one.

I know, I know the white remarks were jokes. The position is mainly black guys, just pointing out that you guys do have some big names at LB.

I think Shanle actually gets off blocks fairly well and is a decent run defender, which is why he still plays.
He just can't cover anyone. As long as he isn't on the field on third and long, then I don't have a problem with him.
