He is referring to Sir Rolly Duckfield, aka Duck. He either heard that Duck, and by association Aegon, will be in the show, or he is trolling book readers. As of right now, no one has been cast to play Duck, but that does not mean that NCW didn't hear about future plans.
FWIW, Lena Headey did something similar by posting Stones in the shape of a Heart. Alas, no Lady Stoneheart has been seen since.

In think the show may have been hiding some of the casting just to keep readers wondering. Aren't there some listings in the cast that say "unspecified character" or something like that? I thought I read that somewhere, maybe here.
Also, TV preview spoiler:
In the previews, Petyr says something to Sansa asking whether or not she wants revenge. Does this indicate that the show won't have her marry Ramsay? I think the existence of the made up GF suggests that she will be fake Arya.
