You can rest easy, that essentially means nothing. The publisher is basically saying they haven't been updated on his progress, its like pleading the 5th. You can attribute this to GRRM being a jackass and telling nobody how much he has written.

All she is saying is that it isn't in her schedule. Which, it wouldn't be, not until he finishes. When he does finish, us, editors, publishers, will all abruptly find out. That's what he has said anyway.
