Yep. Hodor's have short memories and it would be good to keep the fact that people other than Robb were killed at the RW and that there will be hell to pay.
On the backstory, hopefully it isn't too late for Jojen to tell Bran the story of TKOLT and actually show the story as he's telling it.

They've really dropped the ball on Lyanna, Rhaegar, and the Rebellion. If D & D know the end game, it makes me concerned that R+L isn't going to happen
