If a raven said "Hodor" that would be the funniest shite ever!
As to who for the raven, it depends. If it is someone who is dead and still inside the raven, then I have no idea. If it's simply someone warging with the raven, I would say that it's Bloodraven.
Here's a crazy thought! As many crackpot theories as there are out there, someone has probably thought of this, but I haven't actually seen it. I wonder if Benjen Stark could warg. If so, can a warg possess a wight? What if a wight killed Benjen and he warged into it before he died? Not saying that I think that happened, just wondering.

No idea what's going to happen with Benjen, but I'm hoping GRRM tells us in TWoW.
And haven't there been rumors that Joseph Mawle has been spotted on the set in Iceland??

or warg into something and then back into his wight(old body)
As far as the raven when he was dying, Haggon was forced out of his wolf, thinking he could have warg into a raven. He was a known friend of the Watch, he said birds are fun to do but dangerous because he would only want to fly, ravens are kept. I believe he would have been dead before Jon got to the wall.
