Cold hands skin isn't white and his eyes aren't blue, plus he talks. The book says that there is some sort of ward keeping them out, plus we know they flee from the crows (greenseer warged). The wall is about to come down but I doubt it has a lot to do with the CotF, they were driven north by the Andals not the building of the wall.

On the contrary I will say that everything the book is hinting at leads to Bran being a little dark right now. The prologue to tell us that warging another person is bad, summer being hostile to Jojen and Meera at first, etc...
