quote:
1. His younger father praying with a bowed head "…let them grow up close as brothers, with only love between them,” he prayed, “and let my lady wife find it in her heart to forgive. [Ned praying for Cat, Jon and Robb.]
I interpreted it the same way.
quote:
2. A girl and a younger boy play fighting with branches. [Lyanna and Benjen]
I can buy that as well. But it could also be interpreted as Arya playing with her friend before Joffrey had him killed.
quote:
3. A pregnant women coming out of the black pool praying for a son to avenge her. [This seems to be something important about the Stark's past. But who are they? Dunk's she-wolf?]
This one I'm not sure about. There's been some rumors that Jeyne is pregnant. Maybe it's her wishing for Robb's son? (I'm assuming the visions can be past or present though, I can't remember if there's any qualifiers for that).
quote:
4. A slender girl on her toes kissing a knight as tall as Hodor. [Is this the hint GRRM is talking about? Is Hodor the Dunk descendent?]
I think this can definitely have something to do with Dunk. I think Brienne is his descendant though. If you remember a shield bearing his personal arms was in the armory at her home and she used those arms in the Riverlands.
quote:
5. A pale dark eyed youth cutting three branches from the weirwood and shaping them into arrows. [Who are these three arrows for? The description could be Targ or Stark.]
Not sure about the numerical significance but remember, Bloodraven was known for having a weirwood bow.
quote:
6. Tall, hard, stern men with beards in fur and chain mail forcing a captive down on his knees. A white haired woman killing the captive with a bronze sickle. [Is this another hint that there is a connection to the Targs and Starks?]
This one I haven't figured out either.

I guess i'll give my thoery
If Jon snow is truely azor assai reborn i think their is a possibility that his nissa nissa is a dragon. Dragons are described as fire itself. When jon dreamed it about weilding a flaming sword he mentioned longclaw. which makes him different from the original azor assai who welded the sword
also sam tarly refers to longclaw as dragon steel

I took that as being the First Men making a sacrifice to the old gods.

Bloodraven it is then.
BR also ended the first Blackfyre when Daemon and his twin sons were killed by BR's archers. Thus the 3 weirwood arrow?
Also, something that I found interesting about Bran's visions in ADWD - they appear to be a reverse timeline of events.

I agree. Interesting that it is the red god getting the sacrifices now. Does this tie them together somehow?
