i feel like we have gone from the days of "my source tells me brees will be signed by tomorrow, my kids birthday" to a now "my same source tells me payton will be back by week 8, the end of the world"

i'd say next to none.
But lets say for fun there is a choice of getting SP back after 8 games, OR getting back everything we lost in the last draft put into the upcoming draft?

I know, im bored and just thinking "what if's".
Like, if we were patient and allowed the coach to serve the full year..we get our draft back.
But, lets say we are on a win streak and atlanta is losing. it looks like things are lining up to where we can just make the playoffs (even maybe just as a wildcard) and coach is eligible to come back..but if he does, we lose the pick.
i guess, just wondering what would people want to do.

Good question FWIW.
I would hope CSP would get to answer it cause I really don't know. Even at 4-4 it would be tough this year to make a big run.
