it presently IS illegal.
But more importantly is against team rules and school policy.

It might become legal on a state or national level but it won't ever become legal on a campus level......maybe if he wasn't soooo smoked up we might have won the CG last year and weed doesn't enhance your performance....Sooo Puff Pufff away T.M. u will be Missed but u Knew the deal and drank your on juices!!!
