About 15 - 20 minutes east of LC in the town of Iowa is Rabideaux's. I have had several varieties of their smoked sausage and love it. They also make andouille.

Why not just go to a grocery store and pick up savioes or Richards? I would suggest savioes though. Only because it's in the family

Market Basket on Nelson Road makes a good smoked sausage and good boudin. Never tried their andouille, but since they do the other sausages right, I'm sure it's good.

I wasn't aware that market Basket on Nelson made that! Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure they make andouille, but figured they did, considering their other items. Might want to call first.

I like Sonniers boudin, Hacketts boudin better than market Basket, they use too much rice for me.
