I love the wording of his response. it's as if he weighed the pros and cons in his mind and came to the only logical conlusion:

We need to quit being so damn sensitive. Who cares their hasn't been slavery around for awhile and who cares if a few gays get mad people can have their opinion. We may e able to accomplish a little bit more if we would quit worrying about upsetting everybody.
